Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. About us
This website, mybag.com (the "Site"), is operated by MYBAG GROUP LTD, trading as MyBag ("we", "us" and "our"). Our registered office is 55 Loudoun Road, London, NW8 0DL. You can contact us at any time using the form on our Contact Us page.
These terms apply to your use of the Site and to any order you place with us. Please read them carefully before you order. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Our products
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your device and settings. Product descriptions and availability may change without notice.
Everything we sell is sourced through authorised channels and is guaranteed 100% authentic. See our Authenticity Promise.
3. Placing an order and forming a contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will send you an email confirming we have received it, but this is not acceptance. A contract between you and us is formed only when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we cannot supply part of your order, we will tell you and you will not be charged for the part we cannot supply.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there has been an obvious pricing or product-information error, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, together with any delivery charge shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. You must be at least 18 to place an order and you must be authorised to use the payment method you choose.
If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have ordered, we will tell you and give you the choice of buying at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom and to the international destinations shown at checkout. For international orders, any import duties and local taxes are not included in our prices and are payable by you on delivery. Our delivery options, prices and estimated delivery times are set out on our Delivery Information page and are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the date of your order.
The goods are at your risk from the time they are delivered to you. Ownership passes to you when we receive full payment.
If we do not deliver on time, or we are unable to deliver, you have the legal rights available to you under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including the right to end the contract in some circumstances.
6. Your right to cancel and our returns policy
Your statutory right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order, without giving a reason, within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. To cancel, tell us clearly (for example, using our contact form or our returns portal) and return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us. We will refund you, including the standard delivery charge you paid, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving proof that you have sent them back, if earlier). You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. We may reduce your refund if the goods have lost value because you handled them more than was needed to decide whether to keep them.
Our 30-day returns policy. In addition to your statutory right, we allow you to return most items within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Return postage is paid by you, unless the goods are faulty or were sent in error. Full details, and how to start a return, are on our Returns & Refunds page and in our Refund Policy.
7. Faulty or incorrect goods
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo. Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days for a refund, and the right to a repair or replacement after that. We will pay for the return of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
8. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it. We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
9. Acceptable use of the Site
You must use the Site lawfully and in good faith. You must not: use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; interfere with its security or operation; introduce viruses or other harmful code; or copy, scrape, harvest or extract data from the Site using automated tools, bots or software agents without our written permission. Automated tools or software agents acting for a user must identify themselves and must not bypass any security or access controls.
10. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, images, logos, designs and the MyBag name, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Brand names and logos of the brands we sell belong to their owners. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any content without our written permission.
11. Third parties and links
The Site is powered by Shopify. Some services, such as payment processing, returns (ZigZag) and delivery, are provided by third parties who have their own terms and privacy notices. The Site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
12. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to that, if we fail to comply with these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable when the contract was made. We only supply goods for domestic and private use, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, business, revenue or opportunity.
13. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to meet our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, industrial action, failures of carriers or utilities, or government action. If an event like this affects your order we will contact you and, if it continues, you may cancel the affected order for a refund.
14. Privacy and cookies
How we collect and use your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. How we use cookies is set out in our Cookie Policy.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order. We may also change the Site and the products we offer at any time.
16. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about your order. A person who is not a party to this contract has no right to enforce it. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we are giving it up.
17. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please let us know using our contact form and we will do our best to put it right.
18. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site or your orders, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home country, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live.
