Grafea Matilda Baby Rucksack - Burgundy

This is super gorgeous rucksack in trendy wine colour!When I wear it the girls stop me to as the name of the brand and the shop where I found it. I ordered a burgundy culour,it is really nice. I like how the purse/backpack holds it's shape. Another nice feature is the zipper pocket on the side that the backpacks straps are on, because you can keep your money and credit cards there, without worrying about the possibility of someone behind you being able to steal your money. The only thing I wish is that it could be converted between purse and backpack without having to reposition the claps. I give it 5 stars anyway because it looks and feels amazing. Also, the the customer service was excellent! They handled my request to change the color of one of the bags (after I already submitted my order) in a professional and speedy manner. Then they surprised me by my order showing up sooner than I expected. It came just in time for my trip to Cabo. I can't wait to sport my new backpack on my trip!
